I know that I suggested something like this before, but I think this is a better idea. You know how, after those tough games, coaches or managers talk to their players in the locker room? I'm suggesting that this be integrated into BB. It would make the game that much more realistic and arouse interest in managers currently playing or searching for a game to play. In the post game speech, you would be given the chance to write a speech to say to your players after the game. What you put in this speech would have an effect on maybe their game shape or their enthusiasm. Say that you lost by two points in the national cup to a team that was ranked 200 or so places above you. Your guys worked their hardest but still lost and are probably feeling pretty bad. Then you could come in and say, "guys I'm proud of how close you made this game. I didn't expect a win, in fact I expected a blowout, but we only barely lost. They were a lot better than us and that is the only reason that they won because you guys played hard out there." Then your players could go home to bed knowing that they had done well and that the GM was proud of them. They would feel a lot better and it would incentivize them to play harder and better in the future, thus the game show increase. However, if you got blown out by the 0-22 Loserville Rejecteds(note, BB did not copyright this), and you said that you were proud of them, their game shape would decrease because they would play like that in the future. Their enthusiasm might stay the same, or your calling their bad game good could leave them feeling depressed. Any body have anything to add to the suggestion? Feedback?

Too many complications with this. I personally hate the idea, because let's be honest, who's going to read it? How is your speech graded? You could just say "you guys played like a bunch of sissies, grow a pair" and receive a boost in enthusiasm.

Too hard to grade and implement this idea. I don't care for it.
