1. When training, does the game engine recognize the decimal points between training levels or does it simply round down to the last whole number? So if training a player for example, and his jump shot is 8.5, does the game engine read it as 8.5 or simply 8?
2. Likewise, I know salary calculations are only done at the beginning of the season. However, does the salary calculation take into account decimal values for player attributes like 8.5 as opposed to rounding it to eight? It seems like players with identical ages and values have slightly different salaries.
the answer to both these questions is yes.the increase and decrease of skills also takes decimal points into account.so a player with 8.5 JS will be read as 8.5 though his skill which will be shown will be strong(8) till his JS touches 9.0,at that point his JS will become proficient.the same thing goes for salary.the salary calculator takes the sublevels into consideration as well.
3. When training, does the training progression get harder or slow down as the player's skills improved? I don't mean with age or if he has hit his soft salary cap. I mean as an example is it more difficult to go from a 13 to 14 as opposed to a 7 to an 8? In the training simulators I have seen, there does not seem to be any difference.
earlier the training used to slow down slightly due to the elastic effect.but now with cross training,i dont think happens now.
4. Stamina: For example, if you had a player with stamina of 3 and another with stamina of 7, does the game engine start decreasing their skills immediately upon tip off with the player of stamina 3 deteriorating faster than a player of 7? Or does the game engine just wait until a point in the game where the stamina is used up and then the skill deterioration begins – like after 15 or 20 minutes?
the skill deterioration starts immediately from the start of the game with the player with lower stamina deteriorating faster than the one with higher stamina.simply put the player with lower stamina will naturally not be able to play at his best level as long as the one with higher stamina.
