Last Saturday, I win the finals game in my league. So with that win, I am promoted to DIV. III. Can you give an advice on what will I do to make me competitive in DIV. III? Is my team competitive enough to stay afloat around 5-7 seed? Can i build my arena o buy an impact player? Feel free to suggest. Thanks.

Honestly, not trying to be mean, I think you will struggle greatly at the higher level. This is for a couple of reasons:

1. Your team is very old... 7 of your best 8 players are over the age of 33, which means that all of their skills are beginning to diminish. I see that you have a couple of young promising players, but you should still look at trying to get an overall younger team IMO.

2. Your arena is tiny. It is not even 8k yet, which isn't a great thing. Personally I would expand it right away, because you aren't going to be very competitive in D.III until your arena is at least around 10k. I wouldn't bet on you getting that many wins this season, but if you could manage to train your younger players and manage to stay out of the 8th spot and stay up in D.III, you could nab a good draftee, and be very competitive in the future.

Overall, congrats on beating out the better team in IV. and being the underdog that succeeded, but you will have a couple of seasons of rebuilding before you can be competitive in D.III. I wouldn't add any more people to your roster unless they are young and you can train them or you get them for very cheap and I would mainly focus on training and expanding your arena for now.

Thanks bro for nice advice! Now i am regretting getting olders player, I am blinded by their skill not realizing that they will diminish. Getting in DIV. III will be more difficult but i will try my best to avoid that 8th spot. I will now begin to build my arena and train all my young players. Do u thinks its reasonable to sell one my player to get money?

Hey man can you help me out by looking at my Team! Im also in div 3 but I dont hope to survive, I hope to atleast make conference finals! I bought alot of players last season, mostly young and with lots of potential, but ive only got one good older player. I made finals playoffs last season, but i got smashed in the first round! My largerst problem is, Im losing money every week and i have less than half a million dollars in my cash reserves, so I cant buy anyone, or expand my arena. The VSouth center is currentley undergoing expansion to get me to 10116 capacity and im hiring a superior PR Manager who specialises in crowd involvement so I can get decent crowds.

I spent 4 million dollars on most players on my roster last season, and now im not sure if that was a good idea!

Thoughts??

I spotted your problem and your solution in about 10 seconds of searching. Your 120k guard is eating up tons of salary for your team and the benefits are not there in my opinion. Rather than having one 120k guard, if you had 3 40k guards I promise you, you will perform better and get much higher ratings. In almost all cases, one beast isn't enough to carry a team, and depth is more important so I would sell you 120k guard and look at finding multiple 15-30k players (3-4) and you will be set up pretty well.

I agree. I would spend at least 250k on your arena. Then maybe you could steal a player for cheap since everyone is focused on the draftees right now.

The price you can just use buzermanager to figure it out, because it is very accurate and will let you know how to get the most money and as for adding more, that's kind of up to you. I would look at adding some more bleachers and lower tier.

You won the final. So this season, i suggest you to change the prices to (10>14, 30>55, 100>150, 600>1100). Add 1k bleachers, 400 lower tier, and 50 courtside. If you don't have that money, build less. You will build whenever you have the money :)
