What should my arena size be going in to D.IV? I'm either going to promote after next season, or the season after that. Right now, after my current expansion, I'm going to have 4750 bleachers, 575 lower tier, 70 courtside seats and 5 luxury boxes. At what rate should I continue to build my arena? Right now I'm making about 53k a week and that should increase to about 70k a week after I transfer one of my players. Also, what is a good ratio of bleachers to lower tier to courstide to luxury boxes? Do I have a good balance right now? Or should I try having more bleachers and lower tier, or more courtside and luxury boxes?

You're on the right track with trying to transfer Bartosz Jankowiak. You should just focus on building your arena for a while, and if you're going to get players, you should get four or five 7-11k players and a tall player to train along with Dustin Ware. You need a much bigger arena for Div. IV.
Make sure all of your players get in between 48 and 80 minutes, and ideally 60 to 68 minutes per week, to keep good game shape. This is very important.

The answer to this question varies from country to country so I don't think this is the best place to ask.

I would look at the D IV divisions throughout the US, look at the arenas for the top teams and judge for yourself what the optimum size/price is.

I would suggest since you are likely not to make the playoffs to start spending your cash on the arena.

However, I'd also suggest getting some more players that can win you games but stay close to the minimum salary for this season. Try to win some so you get more people attending your games.

I would concentrate on building up to 15 or so luxury boxes, up to 300 courtside, 1000 lower, and 7500 bleachers. Since pricing is about to take effect until the end of the season, you may want to look at buying a few decent players while staying near the players salary floor and then expanding before next season.

Your priority for next season should be to win every game. So you probably want to be assured you have the roster to do it early next season.

A good size for promoting into D.IV would be at least 8k. I would advise you to have:

Bleachers: 6500-7000

Lower Tier: 750-1500

Courtside: 100-150

Luxury Boxes: 5-10

This will probably keep you afloat in D4.
