Focus on player 2. He is better for sure.
Other guy can join in also if need be.

Train Rebounding for a bit till you get it to Average. Then Do a 3 training rotation with moving to the next one when he pops them. Start Inside Shot for C > Rebound and C & PF > Inside Def for C.

Do that for a the season and you will be well on the way.

Personally, I'd sell player 1, I don't think you can train them both at the same time effectively. Get another big man trainee with the money you get from him.

Train the other bloke as Mickyster said for now.

except training rebounding will run his salary up quicker ..... wouldn't he be better off doing some small skills now while he is young and get some of those up first?

He is gets the 3 majors to 10 he becomes a solid player in Div IV. Then I would do the outside skills a bit.
The guy can become a key player quickly. Infact if he focuses on majors he could be a 21 NT player.

I don't think they are compatable. Player one is nice, but player two is a once in a lifetime franchise changing player. You need to sell one of them.

Options:

Best
Sell player one, it will be peanuts but you can spend some peanuts to get a couple of 19 year old superstar big men to train with player two who you can make into the face of the franchise.

Medium
Sell player two, make a fortune, get two other trainees to go with player one and if you are careful with your money you can promote from division IV this season and have a chance to promote from division III next season or at least set your team up for the long haul with great trainees, trainer and a big arena.

Bad
Try to train both, mess up their training, have them develop very slowly and end up with two very mediocre players.

I really want to keep player 1 as his potential is too high to waste, but if I consider selling him what price range will I get for him?
And I have stock of big men accompanying the hall of famed what do u reckon how I should approach them? And what offense and defense strategy should I run if I've got a big men dominated team?

Those guys are all too old and weak to be worth training. You can get a 19-20 year old with similar or even better skills virtually for free. If those are your "dominant" big men then unless you are in an all-bot league I hope you enjoy division IV. You will get very little for player one, 90% of the BB world wants 18 year olds, that is why 19 year olds are such a bargain and I think you should get two to go with the HoF guy.

Given the ages and potentials of those listed, they are all useless although the first guy, Igor (love that name!) could be your 3rd trainee. The rest would be useless to train.

As others have suggested, perhaps not forcefully enough, I will reinforce. SELL SUPERSTAR GUY! lol Use the money to buy another high potential (MVP+ if you can) guy to go with HOF guy. Keep Igor (because he's got a great name) and make him your 3rd trainee...or 4th if you get a better big/s.

As for what offense/tactics to use for a big man-orientated team. You will soon learn that 'Look Inside' (LI) is (for a little while longer yet) the optimum offensive tactic in BB. However, you have other options (LP, II etc). Yet, your choice of tactics will be dictated, in some regard, by the training you do. I don't know what your other players are like but you may have a strong PG, or SG which could allow you to run a motion perhaps. More info will help us guide you better.

For now, putting Superstar guy up for sale and then finding him a decent training partner should be your focus.
