What is outside shooting depends on more? I have nice guard with 15-16 js, and 7-9 jr. When i play base offence my outside shooting was about 6. So it's depends on more Jr? Do you advice me play motion sometimes, or do i need to get guards a little more in JR? When i look some teams in Turkey, they have 30-40k salary range guards, and they're not so great (because of their's normal-low transfer prices). But they have 10 in outside shooting, when they play motion or run n gun.

Outside shots (long 2 point jumpers, 3 pointers) use JS/JR the most. If you want to run an offense that can shoot threes at a good percentage, you will need higher JR. I can't tell you exactly how much, but if you want your guards to make more threes, their JR will need to be a bit closer to their JS. If you decide to play Motion, your guards need:

JS/JR - mid-range jumpers, long two pointers, three-pointers
HA - so they won't lose the ball
DR - they also take quite a few drives to the basket
PA - do I even need to explain how important PA is to any offense?
IS- if your guards happen to have this secondary, this is a good bonus

For your bigs:
IS/ID/REB - because they are bigs
JS - they take more jumpers from time to time
HA - they also handle the ball a bit more in Motion
DR - they take a few more drives here and there
PA - if your bigs have even decent PA, this will spread out the defense and free up space, creating more/better scoring opportunities

I dont want a lot of 3s. I just want the tactic to be successful. I heard, in run and gun you have to have high jr. But in motion you dont need that much. They use more mid-range shoots. But i'm going to be in d2. Everbody has a lot of od. Maybe in d2 my jr's are not enough? I think i have to try one-two times, so i'll have a idea

You're right. Not enough to run a good outside offense. Better suited for guards with a inside focused offense.

Out of curiosity, which of the current offensive strategies do you view as being geared towards an inside-oriented strategy for Guards? Been away from the game a while and am trying to reacquaint myself with the relationships between offensive/defensive sets and their real world GE performance.

Motion takes longer possessions on average to try to find better shots and doesn't prioritize the three point shot as much, though it'll certainly take them if open. You still want JR if you're running either of these, but it's less essential for Motion. You also absolutely need to have good JS as well, arguably even more so in Motion because there are more mid-range jumpers. But as your opponents' OD increases, your need for JS and JR also increases, since more and more shots would be defended and you need those skills to overcome their OD.

I'm planning inside offence mostly for next season, just want to use motion or balanced oriented offences against very high id or not high od. I'm planning to buy a nice sf. Thanks for opinions everyone ! :)

In Look Inside/Low Post, your guards supplement your bigs. Having inside skills for guards is great but they need to be able to hit open shots especially when playing against 2x3 zones.
