How does one affect the "Familiar with Star Players" and "General Manager is doing everything he can to improve" ratings in the fan survey? the others are pretty straight forward, but aside from not transferring important players to raise the familiar stat, I can't figure out what they're measuring.

i can be wrong (since it's my 3rd season), but i think the "familiar with star players" stuff is also somewhat affected with "home" players and draftees (but rather in a secondary way).
I am playing with the same 4 starters on 5 for a while (2 seasons), and the rating has a trend from 3 to 4 balls since my 2 drafted trainees get a starter position more often.
The "GM is doing everything to improve ..." could be linked to the Staff / Arena investments. It has been raising for me since i recruited good Trainer and started building up my lil' arena.
But i don't really know which rating in the fan survey has the most impact on the Merchandising & supporter affluence (one thing i've read elsewhere is that winning "away games" provide more affluence on "home games").

Familiar with Star Players measures how long your players have been with your team. Listing even a couple can effect this dramatically.

GM is doing everything to improve is measured by building your arena, buying new players and maybe small things like setting lineups.

These two are difficult to have 4 or 5 balls at the same time, but if the rest of your fan survey is good, you should still achieve your attendance goals.

The reason people suggest winning road games is because (assuming the next game is a home game) the most recent game effects your attendance the most. And you only get income for home games so whatever game is before the next home game is the most important to win if you want to maximize your revenue.

Is there a correlation between buying the 1k and your roster's GS which could have led you ho a winning streak ?

Yes. Transfers affect it the most noticeably. If you're pretty active on the TL, which I am, you'll generally have .5 or 1 ball, but you'll have 5 for GM trying everything.

No. Game shape is only affected by total minutes for that week. If you keep each player's minutes between 48-64 minutes or so, you can maximize your game shape.

I've made it too short. You are right about the 60-70 min/game.
What i meant was :
1- recruiting the1k guy to complete your roster
2- consequence = better weekly minutes for key players
3 - better GS
4- better results
5- better fan survey ratings
Does this correlation makes sense ?
