I'm currently playing my 8th competitive game and I just had my 6th injury of this season. So far, only one had a player staying off games for 3 weeks. The managing of minutes is impossible.

I have a level 2 doctor but I think that the level doesn't determine the number of injuries but only how long a player will stay injured, right? Anyway, I think the number is too high, it's not realistic, I suspect it's a bug or a measure to prevent teams having unrealistically few players... I wish it's just tough luck.

its real bad luck mate...
but sometimes a player is more injury prone than others and has a higher possibility of getting injured than others.so if you have a player who gets injured more frequently then you should consider replacing him.
and hey I would also suggest you to buy a level 3 doc atleast. level 2 is really low.

It's a different player every time, not the same player. Anyway, I can get that's luck, if this persists it should be a problem. The doc's level determines the number of weeks the player is gonna be out, right?

Yes, and also healing time. From the Manual:

Doctors help reduce the severity of player injuries. Once a player is injured, a Doctor will also help him heal more quickly, but the effect is much smaller than the initial reduction in severity

And I agree with BBall champ, you should consider getting at least a competent Doc, if not an advanced.

yes, the level of doc determines the no of weeks the player is gonna be out.but with level 2 doc and the number of injuries your team is facing, you might be short of players, with many getting injured for more than a game.

hmmm..but do list the names of players who have been injured and follow their injuries over a course of a season or two and if someone is getting injured more frequently then you should consider changing him.

Ι'll think about the doc and hope that this is just a bad period and we'll be healthy from now on..!
