Second Team:
Ric Flair Drippers
with those secondaries, why are you even bothering training him?

starter potential and that kind of secondary skillset it just out right turrible

IMO you should sell this guy at $1 or just fire him

but if you do wanna train him, just do OD and PA

OD to 13

PA to 11

and that should pretty much cap him if I'm right but idk this is a starter I may be underestimating it

Going 7/5/13/10/10/11 would take him up to 16.18 according to Josef Ka's estimator.

You could also build a 10/5/12/10/10/10 - 10/-/-/- at 16.17. The range for Starter is 16 to 18 so these would be the low end and fairly safe to aim for. Down side is you'd be training IS for about 1 and half seasons minimum. (assuming IS is closer to 2 than 1).

You could also build a pure outside stopper (for lower Divisions)

7/5/15/10/9/10 would take you to 16.14.

The Training Simulator (229484.1) might help you figure out what you can get out of him and how to get it.

Pretty much... that's why it is suggested to train Star minimum and Allstar+ preferable.

But Starters can be fairly effective... at worse if you built him up he could sell for 100k or so.

I have a valuable starter potential player I trained on my USA IV squad. If you are training him to sell, probably not worth it but I get some good value out of him. Not gonna post his skills in case opposing players are watching but if you make a well-rounded player he can be a great 6th man even in DIII.

My guy starts at SF now, but can play PG-SF depending on tactics. Always useful to have a versatile wing player, imo.

secondaries don't cost that much fwiw..

the bigger obstacle is he cant get his Od or Pa up to a high enough level to be capable of helping him in a starting role past perhaps D.III

Maybe a good 3rd trainee in a one position training schedule, but primary targets should be 7+ ideally if you have long term aspirations (IMHO)
