I'd recommend selling Coleman, but I see he's already on the TL.

With Uuspõld, I'd start with a mix of OD and 1-on-1 training.

Right, the only problem I have with Coleman is idk what he is worth since there is no benchmark for him.

Any others willing to give advice? :D

No need, he's worth what someone is willing to pay.

If he doesn't sell, relist him for less. He's looks good, someone will buy him.

10k per week is the most cost effective. If you think you will get a good draft pick this season (first 4), you will probably want to spend them all. If you are hoping to be higher, consider saving them for the next few seasons.

Also, for guard trainees, you want to find someone with at least mediocre at OD and Passing (the rest help too, but those are the most difficult to train). If you are looking for an SF trainee, I would recommend at least mediocre at IS/ID/REB too. Of course, more is better, but will be more expensive. I would recommend at least perennial allstar or superstar potential.

If you want a scoring player, Jump Shot in general is the best skill to have. I would also recommend IS and driving on your SF. JR can also be useful if you want to play an outside offense.

OD, ID, and REB are also very important skills. It doesn't do you much good if your opponent can score easily.

Don't count out the importance of Passing and Handling either. I guess you really need good all around players.

For your SF, I would recommend 1v1 forwards (or guards) and OD to start. I would train handling to proficient/prominent and OD to prolific/sensational. Then train JS to prominent/prolific. Also, add in a bit of IS up to proficient/prominent. With Coleman, this could take a while, so I would settle for respectable. Hopefully, you can get there by the time he is 20 or 21. From there, keep training, but make sure you know how much salary you can handle.

A lvl 4 trainee should be a good level for you. Good luck!
