How come I set my ticket prices and then it says, "As of 12/25/12" I set them at maximum on accident and I'm only getting like 37%.

You can only set tickets price thrice per season. They were last reset on Dec. 1. The next reset will be the 25th.

To be more precise, you can only set them right before the first game of the season and right before the beginning and end of interconference play. I would highly recommend you set them at least the day before so you don't get stuck again with low attendance.

Yes, it's for US managers only, and more importantly the price data is pulled from actual attendance for league matches in the USA and is of limited value for other countries. There is a beta arena tool on buzzermanager now that I assume should be able to give you some idea about your ticket pricing though.

My CS seats say I should set the price at 250 -- Does this mean that is what I should build next time I expand arena?

You desperately need luxury boxes and really, really need more courtside seats. In this case, "next time I expand arena" should mean "next time I have any cash at all". Doubly so those since they're actually selling out despite your error in pricing the seats - more bleachers and lower tier will eventually be needed but not until you're able to have your prices fixed.
