The title explains everything.i thought that the team's position in the league in the previous season decided the rise in season ticket holders.
but a friend of mine finished 5th in IPBL Great 8 in the previous season and I fourth 4th in IPBL Great 8 in the previous season.but he got a rise of 80 while i got a rise of 49.
how is the rise calculated?

Sorry if I am hijacking this thread, but I've also wondered this, and wondered what season ticket holders were? Are the for sure people who are coming to every home game (i.e. guaranteed income)? or what do they represent?

to answer your question
season ticket holders are the minimum number of people who will come to watch your home game no matter what your league position or current record is.so in simple words they are the die hard fans of your team who don't want to miss any home game of your team.

That's fine that his rise was more than yours but what are the totals now? The explanation might be in there.

How about my incredible drop in seasons tickets
my 2nd year in Div II I went to 2298, year 3 to 2412
when I promoted to Div I it jumped to 3487
relegation brought me back to Div III numbers at 1842!

Yeah, the STH you lose on relegation are always greater than what you gain in promoting

It's the price of relegating. I was at 1818 in D2 after relegating last year, now back over 3000 although not quite as high as the last time I was in D1.

But on the bright side, if you stick it out and finish fifth, you still lose STH!

Hell, I finished in 4th, and still lost STH.

Bastardos!

his total season ticket holders are 3892 and mine are 3952.
moreover i stated playing this game a season earlier than him.my position in the league has been above him in all the seasons i have been in league IPBL except once.
