Hi guys, I want to ask some few questions about arena. I looked some team's arenas (especially big ones) and I saw the ratio of bleachers to the lower grandstand is like 30k bleachers and 7k lower grandstand but I have already 5k bleachers and 700 lower grandstand and I am planning to add some lower grandstand. So, are there anything wrong with my strategy ? I'm waiting for your answers.

not to me. looks just fine

I am a big fan of Lower Tier (or Grandstand) Seats. Having a target of 6~7k is a good spot and no. 30k bleachers isn't a good idea to build. You can make it easily with half of that (15k) or even less. And of course, the Courtside seats and VIPs need to be built to the max.

to me, it's all about balance in the seats. I feel like having 16k bleachers and 3k lower tier hurts you. what if you lose a game? kaboom, your previously selling out 16k seats goes down to about only a 12k showing. Thats why I like lower tier, whereas fans still could be mad, but the severity is much less then with bleachers.

so I say an ideal arena for me is

14-16k bleachers
6-7k lower tier
450-500 court side
40-50 VIP

Thank you for your suggestion. I'll write it somewhere to work as to reach that numbers but can I ask which level are you thinking on I mean do you suggest this arena for 4th div team ? or is it enough for 2nd div ?

Anybody who has idea about arenas ? Where are you ?

those estimates were for the best division teams, or the highest division in the game. Division 1

to me these are my (hopes) for my arena by division

here is what I'd reccommend for average Division Teams
Div. Bleach. LT. CourtS. Lux.
D5: 6000---600--125---6
D4: 7500--1000--200--10
D3: 10000-2500-350---15
D2: 12000-5000-400--25
D1: 15000-6000+ 500-40+

hope you understand the griphics may not be right but idk how to make a perfect column

I agree with tough. I would recommend a D5 team have an arena size of at least 6.5-7k when they promote, a D4 team with at least 10k, D3 with at least 15k, D2 with at least 17.5k and a D1 team should be close to 20k. Lower Tier seats are important to build as early as possible, so when you lose a game, your attendance isn't as affected as it would have been had you built mostly bleachers. Looking at your arena, I would try to get something like this by the time you promote to Division 3:

Bleachers: 10k

Lower Tier: 2.5k

Courtside: 500 (this is the limit for courtside)

VIP: 15

This would give you an arena of 13,015, which should do you well.
