If my enthusiasm is "eager" which is level 8, and I play take it easy every game for the rest of the season, what level will I be at for my first playoff game?

If your enthusiasm is exactly 8, according to CoachParrot you will be at 9.6 which will be rounded up to a 10.

So on the Tuesday of that playoff game, after going take it easy for 4 games, I will have 11 or 12?

Most likely. That is usually the level my enthusiasm is after TIEing on Saturday.

Basically, it's around 11 or 12, because when you get up to 13, 14 and 15 enthusiasm, it falls really fast. I doubt there is anyone who manages to have 13 enthusiasm on a match day (before the match).

Are you using CoachParrot? Cause I am and if he's at 8 for tonight's match, and TIE's every game (obviously only league games) then he will end up ~9.6 which will be rounded up to a 10 for his first Playoff match.

How can 4 TIE games just increase his enthusiasm by 1.6?

Because he's not in the cup & you can't TIE scrimmages. After a Tuesday game, the next TIE chance is Saturday. (He can only TIE 2 games in a row). So, the scrimmage keeps the enthusiasm from raising as high as you expect it to be.

Sorry for the newbie question, but this is the first I've heard or read about only being able to play TIE twice in a row....is this true? I didn't see it in the Game Manual nor in the Newbie FAQs in this Forum.

It's not that there's a limit, but... you can't TIE in a scrimmage.

He has 3 games per week: league game, league game, scrimmage. So, as you can see, he can only TIE 2 games in a row because of scrimmages on Thursday. That's all i was saying.
But there's no restriction on the number of league games you can TIE, if that's what you were wondering.

(by the way, if you didn't notice yet... you literally can't set your enthusiasm for a scrimmage. go ahead, try it for yourself!)
