Train ID for a bit, get the first guy's ID to prolific at least. The ID would be useful for the third player too so get the first and third one 48 min then if you can get the final guy 48 min.
Personally I think their outside skills are decent enough. I would alternate between IS, ID and rebounding, giving a few weeks to SB. If you can't train the second one also get rid of him. The third guy can be really good and the second with some ID would be a decent backup. By 21 the first player should be realy good with dedicated training like how I said. Also the second player is short and has lower potential. Don't waste your time on him. You could get a pretty good price for him too.

Thank's for the help...

I woukd like to train all of them, but I'm afraid to put one to play one game with 48 minutes, I tried last week and the first one got injured.

Anyway, thanks again and I think that is good the idea to train ID, but, how can a get pop in SB? The ID is not helping to pop SB

Just wondering , would the training sequence make a difference to the training speed? For example , I want my trainees to have great Jump shot and inside scoring skills:

Plan 1:
Week 1 - 6: Train JS/Forward
Week 7 - 12: Train IS/PF-C

Plan 2:
Week 1: Train JS / Forward
Week 2: Train IS/PF-C
Week 3: Train JS / Forward
Week 4: Train IS/PF-C
...
Week 11: Train JS / Forward
Week 12: Train IS/PF-C

Any difference between these two training sequence ?

Currently, I am training Inside Scoring for C only. However, I plan to train Jump Shot by next season, which would be for Forwards only.

It was just an example. I may change my mind to train Rebounding for C and PF.
