What is the difference between levels of a PR-Manager? I guess I am asking at what point does it become useless to seek a higher level manager? I am currently sitting at a Competent (Level 3) and was just curious at what moving up to a Level 4 would do for me in terms of Ticket Sales and Merchandise? Was not planning on making the upgrade yet was just generally curious.

In your league, you are okey. try to keep it as cheap as possible. when you promote, then seek a better PR.
