His potential is limited, but not terribly low, and his skills are good, if we turn a blind eye on his OD. Also, his size is pretty good. So I'd say you should train him. He won't last more than 3 seasons as your trainee, but that's not too bad. And on your level, he'll be a cornerstone of your team when maxed. But because of his potential, he won't yield you much on the market.

Training his OD should be a priority, though. He really needs to get that one skill trained for an entire season at least. And some Driving won't hurt either.

At that potential?

Try 2 seasons at Pressure for 1. Followed by a season of JS for 34. Followed by a half season of JS for 12 and 5 weeks of PA for 1. Then finish with 2 weeks of JR for 2.

1st Season Finished. OD

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: respectable
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: atrocious

2nd Season Finished. OD

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: proficient
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: atrocious

3rd Season Finished JS for 34

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: proficient
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: atrocious

Final Season Finished. JS for 12 + PA for 1 + JR + 2

Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: prominent
Driving: respectable Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: atrocious

30k salary roughly.

Even from there you can probably get his OD up to prodigious if you desire....which will make him effective as a starter until D.II likely in Australia.

Be careful because around this range he can cap at any moment with the new cross training.

He's too small, old and not skilled enough to make U21. That said, he could still be a decent player.

PF....don't even attempt SF at those skills.
