I finished first in my conference, with an identical record to the team that is first in the other conference. The team in the other conference forfeited a game this year though. Does that automatically make me get home court against them if we both make the finals?

Yes from what I understand it is Wins(most), Walkover(least), PD(most), Points Scored(most) and from there I'm not sure how it is broken.
