I've been training two weeks of pressure and two weeks of passing.
So i would like to know what to do next. Should i train pressure for the rest of the season and maybe some passing ?
And what should i do with player number 3 ? Any advice is welcomed.

Lots of OD until #2 has at least proficient OD. the elastic effect will help there. some Passing won't hurt, but really focus on OD. #3 can be pulled with the other two, his ID isn't good enough to make him a decent SF anyway, so making him a defensive specialist Guard sounds like the best option.
