My 23 year old's jump range is pretty pathetic, but my other two trainees don't really need JR training right now. With how long it takes to train JR, should I focus more on OD and passing and live with his terrible JR for now? Would love some training regimen suggestions...

The 23yo is going to be the least valuable of these three long term, so you shouldn't dictate your training to his needs.

Have you considered selling him and buying someone with higher potential and more in line with the training needs of the other 2?

Thanks for the advice guys. I recently bought #1 and have been too active on the transfer list to get a decent return on him if I did sell him. Would it be poor strategy to single position train him the rest of the season, then buy a new trainee next season and mix #1 in on the weeks I do Outside Shooting when he's 24 and 25? Or should I just sell him when I can get a higher percentage of the transfer price?
