Any guesses who will be the four top seeds for the tournament?

I'm guessing it will be UNC, UCLA, Memphis and Kansas.

I would say the first 3 are probably right, and the fourth would be one of either Kansas, Tennessee or Duke.

I wonder if both Duke and UNC can get top seeds. Seems like the ACC champ will probably get a 1 seed and the other will probably get a 2 seed.

I honestly don't think Memphis and Tennessee are as good as the other teams, but they have similar wins and loses, so they are in the running.

Wow...the Stanford - UCLA game last night was a real war. Lucky the Bruins pull in out in OT.

Anyway, Stanford will probably be a No. 2 or 3 seed. There present some real match-up problems having two talented bigs like the Lopez twins.

I was thinking of predicting the 2 seeds earlier in the thread, and then I realized that there were about 7-10 teams who were possible 2 seeds at the time. Probably better to just wait and see how all the conference tournaments pan out.

That said, it looks like the round of 64 should be great fun for us spectators, and a lot of work for the boys on the court.

The game between USC and Kansas State will be interesting.. a chance to see Beasley and Mayo...

I'm hoping the Knicks will get Beasley in the draft :D (but then again, Pat Riley wants him probably much more... lol)

I can't think of anybody else that would go ahead of Beasley in the draft...he's a beast. We'll see who wins the lottery.

Twice now that the selection committee has not selected a VT team that's 4th in the ACC. You know, the best conference in RPI. That ACC. The likes of Georgia and San Diego really hurt us too... Oh and that Tyler Hansbrough punk.
