I reckon it's between me and one other team in my league this year. I'm looking for some help on how i should match up against them in our games. As it stands just now they have a prolific scoring pg, who plays sg, averaging 29.2 points and 4 assists. Their other standout player is their C who averages 16.9 points and 10.9 rebounds. Their pf averages a double double 13.5 points 14.7 rebounds and they're point guard has decent stats 9.2 points 7 assists.
I am unsure how to approach defense against them. Should I play 1-3-1 and try and cut out the supply to the inside and stifle their main scorer leaving the inside open if they get the ball in, play 3-2 and try the same with a bit more defense inside or go all out to shut out their inside threat with 2-3 or inside iso?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
