If i remember right, the grey draft Balls are for everyone the same.

So every player get X players with 5 grey Balls in their initial List, and Y with 4.

Did someone remember the right contribution, or the sum of 1 and 2 Ball player for group combine?

The breakdown is 9-10-10-10-9, so there are a total of 19 for the group combine.
