My upcoming opponent always plays run and gun and a 2-3 defense (at least in his last 8 games this season)

what offense and defense should I use to exploit this tendency???

keep in mind that on my team, the stamina of all my starters is respectable or proficient except for my center who has awful stamina.
i have great inside scoring but weak outside shooting and weak defense all around :(

suggestions???
