Hello, what would you say is more efficient and would help the team, training for example all season the same skill or training lets say 3 skills and change every 1-2 weeks?I am talking about single position training.I am planning to train PG or SG depending on my best draftie.

Depends on the needs of your team, I'd say. If all your players are weak in one particular skill, training that one up to the desired level first might be a good idea. If they are a rather diverse bunch or are pretty balanced already, go for the regular change in the training regime.

I would personally choose one position training for all season. For example, 1 full season for OD (since you want pg, sg) and the other season JS and JR. the other one passing and the other one driving and handling. The rest the secondaries. However I know alot of people would not agree..
