If your player stays as a PG his salary won't increase by training ID. If his position changes to SF then it will increase. In regard to your 2nd question not all skills increase salary by the same amount and passing is more important for a PG. Skills are weighted differently for each position which is reflected in salary.

Wow...this is pretty inaccurate. Is there any latest BB salary calculator?
the other salary calculator I have is http://www.how8.com/bb/index.php. I think this one is little more accurate.

The coachparrot salary calculator is just about perfect. I'm sure it is perfect, I assume the extremely minor inaccuracies (I'm talking a couple hundred dollars max) are due to sub levels.
