hey guys. Could use some advice.

I'm playing SFDC for all my games. However, at the 4th quarter my coach seems to put on the entire bench (who like in today's game are actually my stronger players that I am saving for bigger matches)

Todays game I did this

PG - started weaker player - bench = stronger player
SG - started weaker player - bench = stronger player
SF - started weaker player - bench = stronger player
C - started weaker player - bench = stronger player
PF - started weaker player - bench = stronger player

and if you look at the minutes... everything got screwed up when I hit a 40+ lead

Is there any way to manage this more efficiently? Jus leave the players out of the squad completely? Or not put them on as substitutes?

In today's game I didn't put one of my trainees (Amrie) on as sub for anyone. But he still played 3 mins as a PG. Its quite frustrating because it totally screws up my minutes!

I usually find it easier to manage minutes with a blowout in the week. What sort of minutes are you trying to get?

I'm trying to get 60ish per player and 48 per trainee basically.

Easier to manage as in you just send 5 players?

If you're training 1 position and want to get 1 player 48 minutes, only select a 9 player squad with the trainee obviously getting the starter, backup and reserve position spots and the other positions set up as normal with your regular starter/backup rotation.

If it's just a gameshape issue, a blowout helps because you can play your regular starters for both league games and they'll get about 70 minutes as opposed to 80 or so if there was no blowout game for the week.

That seems to work for me anyway but i do have a doctor with massage skill too to help out when the minutes get a little high.
