Can you get popups in subskills before friday? Currently i'm training my gaurds in jump shot because most of my players are misrable jump shooters, and i haven't seen much improvement from my players, a total of 3 poipups and my 28 year old player declined in his stamina. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean "sub-levels?" The increase in skills that happens but that you can't see?
Those cannot happen before friday. The only increase or decrease in skills or gameshape that you will ever see (or will not see in the case of sublevels) is when the training update happens.

Three skills increases in two training updates is actually pretty alright.

Before we can say what you're doing wrong you need to answer provide some more info:
- What level trainer are you using?
- How many positions are you training?
- Are all your trainees getting full training (i.e. 48+ minutes per week)?
- How old are the trainees?

Yeah i mean sub-levels; i'm training point gaurd and shooting gaurd, and two of my gaurds are 18 years old. My trainer is exceptional it says. I'm expecting to see some popups with my 18 year old gaurds. And yes my other players that i've trained have gotten at least 48 minutes, some were under 24 years old.

It cost me $1000 to get the trainer, and his week weekly salary is at least 168,000, this week it was 172000.

OMG!!!! My advice to u mate, fire him asap. 168k per week is ridiculously expensive. I saw that u only started playing this game about 2 weeks ago and in division 5, advanced trainer is sufficient. Obviously it makes sense u got him for 1k because his salary is sooooo expensive. I'm pretty sure that your weekly net income is like...-100k or more. If u don't fire him asap, your team will go bankrupt and u'll have to start this game all over again.
1) Fire the trainer (or buy an advanced or competent level trainer. I got advanced level trainer for only $5000 week with 15,000 salary which is pretty cheap) and if your PR manager and doctor's salary is more than 20,000 each, I say fire them as well and find much cheaper PR manager and doctor.
2) U have 19 players which is too many, sell 5 to 9 players. But leave the young ones and sell the other ones, as u can train the younger players. (I only have 10 players because 10 players is enough for me and having more will only reduce your weekly next income).
I believe u're in debt already, so act quickly so that u don't lose your team.

These players have very low salary so I believe the're not skillful players and they're very old too.

As said above, you need to fire that trainer right now before you go bankrupt. Get a trainer you can afford.

Wow! I think its too late for that because i'm alreay bakedrupt, I'm -150,000.

Well, you still have a change.. you need to go -500,000. So I say like them, fire that trainer wile you still have a change.
