most ppl and the guide say that the older the player, the slower the training. so age affects all training making it slower

Age effects all training types except for stamina and free throws (or if there is a decrease with those, it's barely noticeable) so yes, you will notice a steady decrease in training speed for Jumpshot each season as your players get older.
