According to what i learned popups are supposed to either come up after the full 48 minutes of training or on a littleral friday morning, which one is it? Thanks. Because if its after your player has been trained for 48 minutes which is a week i heard, a popup is suppposed to occur but i've trained twice for a full 48 minutes but nothing happend.

Giving full training to a player is not automatic pop up. Some skills need 2-3 weeks to get one.

And yes, training only occurs on Friday morning, so whatever you have training set to before the update is what will train.
