Im going up against a team playing Push the Ball next cup game. Both of his/her inside/outside offence seems to be equal, outside shooting is Mediocre(high) and inside shooting is Mediocre(low). My outside defence is normally at Average(high)with a chance of going Respectable(med) if playing at Normal enthusiasm. My inside def is normally at Mediocre(med). so here's my question, should i play man to man or 3-2 zone defence? From my experience, I think my outside defence is good enough to stop his Guards from passing inside. However, my opponents has a Mediocre(med) offensive flow so im scared my Outside D might not be able to stop the passing. Do you think im right on this? Plz help.

I would recommend man to man. Your outside defence is already high enough to cover his. And if you play a 3-2 zone you will get more outside defence and less inside defence. While it isn't a bad option, I think man to man would be a better option.

Naker's right. Your defense seems good enough to match his offense, and by playing man to man instead of 3-2 you don't give away unnecessary offensive rebounds

I think you mean defensive rebounds. Unless I am getting offensive and defensive rebounds confused.

Playing Normal doesn't affect ratings.

Yeah, he won't lose defensive rebounds, which are offensive rebounds for the opponent. Sorry, I wasn't clear :P
