Just wondering which training would benefit me the most out of five possibilities I had in my mindset for the upcoming week- I train guards.

Option One- Jump Shot.
Currently:
Player 1: Proficient JS, Respectable JR
Player 2: Mediocre JS, Strong JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 3: Strong JS, Respectable JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 4: Strong JS, Mediocre JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 5: Average JS, Respectable JR

Option Two- Pressure
Player 1: Strong OD
Player 2: Proficient OD, Mediocre ID (Just popped in both this past week)
Player 3: Respectable OD
Player 4: Respectable OD
Player 5: Strong OD, Respectable ID

Option Three- One on One
Player 1: Awful Driving, Respectable Handling
Player 2: Strong Driving, Mediocre Handling (popped in handling two weeks ago)
Player 3: Average Driving, Strong Handling (popped in driving two weeks ago)
Player 4: Mediocre Driving, Inept Handling (popped in handling two weeks ago)
Player 5: Awful Driving, Proficient Handling (popped in handling two weeks ago)

Option Four- Passing
Player 1: Strong Passing
Player 2: Average Passing
Player 3: Mediocre Passing
Player 4: Inept Passing
Player 5: Inept Passing

Option Five- Outside Shooting
Player 1: Proficient JS, Respectable JR
Player 2: Mediocre JS, Strong JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 3: Strong JS, Respectable JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 4: Strong JS, Mediocre JR (popped in JS during One on One training two weeks ago)
Player 5: Average JS, Respectable JR

Notes: Player 5 usually gets between 25 and 40 minutes each week now that I rotated to my current setup for training. Any other tips would be helpful. Also, does passing really matter as much when playing an outside oriented offense; I usually am playing Run and Gun, which is why I ask.

I would train One on One this week. It will improve driving and handling a lot for all your players, and some of the players may pop in Jump Shot as well.

If you do not wish to do that I would train Jump Shot.

Passing isn't as important in Run and Gun but it still helps a lot.

It is hard to provide any real suggestions without knowing the age and potential and height of each player.

You should pick your training on what the 19 year olds need the most as they will be the ones that are going to develop faster.

Just a suggestion, but I would consider 1 position training the 3 19 year olds.
Sell the 22 year old and the 23 year old and use the money to buy some older veterans for your team.
Then 1 position train outside defence.
