I'm going crazy. Outside defense is NOT among the options that I can choose in training. But I read everywhere that people somehow CHOOSE it!
Is this a bug or do you mean you train One on one or Pressure for improving OD?

1 on 1 trains mainly driving and handling
it doesn't train OD at all, it trains also some JS and maybe IS
