My team is pretty awful in both areas.. my team FT% is around 45% which is brutal to have to watch, but I haven't really seen any situations where I've lost games based on it. And no one on my team has any stamina (only one player at respectable), and I know that players will lose a stamina point almost yearly. But the last few games I've had pretty strong 4th quarters.

So, what should I do this week?

I would go with free throws, 45% is pretty bad.

No worries, just try to look first in the future :) It helps the boards stay easier to navigate. On the note of your team though, definitely train free throws this week and NOT stamina. The reason for this is because I looked at your last few games and your stamina levels seem decent. However, Full Court Press uses up a lot of stamina during games and tires your players out quicker. So stop playing Full Court Press and play another tactic, and train free throws this week and you will notice a big improvement.

One week of FT training is not going to be an "big improvement"

You will need to train a few weeks of FTs. If stamina is not an issue, I'd recommend training FTs again come the end of season breaks.

I said that training FT AND not playing FCP will result in a big improvement. I don't think that FCP is the best tactic for his team, and it tires out his players more. So if he trains FT then maybe he shoots 55% instead, and maybe his players perform better because they aren't as tired.
