I missed a trick last year I think as I only played TIE in one game in which I lost. I am assuming the main reason for playing TIE is that after playing one or 2 games at TIE the enthusiasm of your team will mean that even playing TIE in future games your team will play better than if they stayed at level 5 enthusiasm all season? Can someone just confirm if my thinking is correct.

correct. Many great players play TIE everygame of the season with exception to a few must win games.

eventually, playing TIE with high enthusiasm is better than playing normal with 5 enthusiasm
