I planned to expand my arena by 300 seats (100 bleachers and 200 lower tier) and it originally planned 7 days but still after 5 days it still says 5 days left, it has been on 5 days left for the last 3 days, why is this?

The arena expansion times are an estimate, and a poor one at that. There is nothing you can do but wait, but rest assured your arena expansion will finish eventually.

It's just like in real life. Carpenters, plumbers and electricians never finish the job in the time they promised before you hired them. :)
