Hello everyone just a small question here. I have a trainees here that I'm unsure where I should play, ever since the recommended changed on one of them. I drafted both this season.

Trainee A:
18 yo
Rec: SF
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: inept Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: strong Free Throw: awful

Trainee B:
18yo
Rec: PG
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: awful
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: average

I'm going to be training them as guards and want to know which I should set at SG and which at PG, or whether I should set both as PG/set both as SG because I have my other two guys recommended as SGs which are my mainstream guys...

Mainstream A:
Rec: SG
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: atrocious Passing: inept
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: average Free Throw: awful

Mainstream B:
Rec: SG
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: atrocious Passing: strong
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: average Free Throw: inept

Please note, the trainees and mainstreams aren't that far apart by skill, but I had the mainstreams last season. This will be my first full season, coming up.

Also, I'd like to apologize- I went back to edit something, and (somehow or another) there ended up being a second posting. Please disregard the other one~ I deleted the message.

One last question- I remember reading somewhere something about when the training soft-cap hits for players of different Potentials, like, Allstar the soft cap hits between ##k salary and ##k salary, etc. etc. If someone could provide me a link to that, I couldn't find it in the Important threads thing. Posting it here would be helpful too.
