Hey,what's up! This is my first time posting something. I want to tell you that this will probably be fun because I like being a manager of some kind.

1) cut costs. thin your squad. i would suggest 12 players. be ready to fire people -- not too many people would be interested in a bench player who makes 1000 dollars a week.

2) read the help forum. most important skill to master is training.

3) you might be able to pick up a decent player or two from the Transfer List. No need to do this until you understand how the players are rated and get a feel for costs (what a good player is for you at your level is not the same as for div. IV, and so on).

4) read the help forum.

5) pay attention to how experienced players in your conference play the game -- size of squad, tactics, size of arena, costs (including staff).

6) read the help forum.

good luck. this game is quite a challenge.

I am also new to this game , The best advice I would give to you is read the help forums daily. And don't be afraid to ask questions, the people playing this game are very helpful and are more than happy to help. The other piece of advice I would offer to you is do not get frustrated and be very patient, it takes time to advance through different levels of the game. Which is why this is such a great game. Good luck to you.

I am in a dision V league. I don't think my team is playing up to its potential. How do I bet me team to play up to its potential and start winning more games?
Do I start buying better players or start training better? I really like this game but it can be somwtimes confusing. My team is 3-5 but i have some decent players but i keep losing. If anyone has any good tips for me i would like to hear them. Thanks.
