Ok, with the advent of zones I started thinking about something. This is what I think I know:

-in a 3-2 zone, for example, a player taking an inside shot will be guarded by the PF or C while an outside shooter will be guarded by the PG/SG or SF.
-however, when a player makes a pass, who is covering him? In the passing situation, it is the offensive player's handling and passing vs the defensive player's outside d. But I just don't get how the coverage is assigned in a zone.
-same goes for rebounding. How is the coverage assigned?

The definition of the zone D, is that u r guarding space not a person. So according this u can send a help D, where u r putting more players to cover the certain space. But thats the real basketball. I dont know how thats work on the game..
