Really cheesed off - played the only unbeaten team in my pair of divisions led from start until last minute when he overturned a 6 point lead to win by one! is this just bad luck or could I have done something different?? any views appreciated.

cheers

Just got a quick look at this. As far as I see your league is filled with bots, you and your opponent were playing normal throughout the last 4 weeks then. Enthusiasm could not have mattered.
In fact you played 'Crunch Time' (I assume), which should have given you an advantage. The ratings also look rather well for you. The only thing that leaps out in the end was how you turned the ball over. Not so much the 'real' turnovers, but the Offensive Rebounds, which are essentially turnovers. On the opponent's side the PF and C subs did also rather well in this area.

Saying that it appears to me that his subs and starters could have been more balanced than yours. Just infering from the players' salary this holds true especially for the PF and C positions. The only other reasonable explanation for me are experience levels. In your roster there are 8 guys aged 21 or lower. His side seems to be a bit more experienced.

All in all I think you got unlucky as you were playing CT, the lower experience does not matter in the long run. Your players have plenty of space for improvement and that should bode very well in the future.
Just keep up the good work ;)

Cheers, Exos
