I recently purchased this guy
(4652937) from a team in the same league. He's #3 in the league in scoring, but he's still listed for his old team.
I know I've seen players listed in their new teams right after a transfer, even if the team is from another league. For instance:
(/community/pl/3306/overview.aspx) My old player Matthew Wren is listed for his new team (#8 in assists).
Mostly I bring this up in case it has an effect on merchandising.
