How are the training bumps calculated? Is it a point allocation type thing...once a player reaches a certain number of "points" they bump in skill?

If so...as I don't want to train stamina or free throws this week would it be worth training regularly (even if players haven't played the 48mins) to help bump the "points" so that they will be closer to bumping once my full training comes into effect?

training is calculated by weeks not points. to get 100% of training effect players must get 48 Minutes in the position that youare training. if you cue DMI by points , DMI is rough estimation of how a player get training that week. As it go up player is close to pop that is what I feel, but it is not very important.

But if a player gets only 50% training would they still be closer to popping than they were before receiving that 50% training?

I think 50% is training and time westing because most of the skills need 2 weeks to pop and if you go for only 50% that means 4 weeks for single skill pop, you may get side skill pop but you won't get enough from your training. make sure that your trainees get 48 minutes because even if they get 43 or 45 minutes they won't pop easily as you have got 14 weeks in a season.

50% training is wasted because you do not get 50% effect from it. If a player plays 24 minutes during a week you will loose a lot of training. My guess is that you do get less than 10% effect. So never try to share time between two players to get both trained. How much you lose is not said but that two half-.trained players get MUCH less training than one full trained has been mentioned clearly by BB's staff.

My thought is for this week ( and possibly the all-star week) only...the weeks with only two games. Then once my team is back to three games a week back into the usual training schedule.

I don't know how many minutes needed to get 50% training effect. I read that one minute less means -10% so I wanted to let him know that even 45 minutes mean means small training effect that week.
