My game yesterday was declared a walkover (13723213). I got the win, which is fine, and minutes for my players, which would be fine as well had I got 48 minutes for each position, but I didn't.

The problem is with the C position. In my setup, I put Jose Cardo (9300117) both as starter and backup center, and another player, Pedro Jose Alvargonzalez (7828183), as reserve. Jose Cardo got 41 minutes as center (according to the boxscore and the Weekly Stats page), and PJ Alvargonzalez got 2 minutes. No other player got minutes as Center. PG to PF minutes are fine, they all add up to 48.

I want my minutes back, can I have Jose Cardo at 46 minutes?

That's the way walkovers are handled. There is no free pass for full training minutes. I'm afraid you will not be getting any more minutes.

Sorry, that's not enough. I'm not asking for 48 minutes for any player. I'm just asking that total minutes at each position should add up to 48. Otherwise, I'm being penalised just because my opponent didn't field a lineup.

The system is such that you are not guaranteed optimal training minutes in case of walkovers. In most cases you obviously know beforehand when you will get a walkover win.

Well, the system is wrong. The game is simulated so that there's full time risk injury, but I get no full time training minutes? That's wrong.

Yeah, but I didn't know beforehand how training minutes were going to be distributed. This is not documented anywhere. You can only learn by going through it, learning how it works, and paying the price of its imperfect implementation. Now I know for the next time, but things shouldn't be like this.

People abused the walkover function to get easy TIE's and easy training minutes. The situation was getting worse every week, see the Italian en Spain top divisions. This system is way more perfect than the old one.

You're making it sound like I deserved the penalty, that I should've known better, but I fail to see what I did wrong to lose training minutes. Anyway, I won't insist. Thanks for the explanations.
