Yes, I do. But still, if the intentional foul formula affects the outcome, it matters. If it does not affect it, it can still be fixed so that the live viewing experince would be better.

The final score of the game is calculated by the series of events you will eventually see in the play-by-play, so the intentional fouling does matter because it's the actual events being simulated to determine the final score of the game.

The physical simulation of the game happens in the 15 minutes between when your roster locks and when the play-by-play starts, but the simulation is 100% event-by-event based on the players and tactics submitted for the game, not just "pick a random score and then make up a story".
