Time to Get Serious

I want to thank everyone for your votes and your confidence in me during this new NT season. I was putting together a spreadsheet on our players and noticed that we have struggled to get any leverage on free throw shooting and for some of our players, during crunch time, I would be scared to have them go to the line. I know with the insertion by Buzzerbeater of added staff, this may be a way to improve free throw shooting without making it a focus of training. Just a thought... Also, game shape is going to be key with our initial run in the first round. I know each of you have important games in the Cup and in league play, but managing minutes will ensure we have the best team on the floor. Thank you again for your support and dedication to "Team Nippon".
