After a season of playing overseas , Polutau Brar has returned home to the club where he began it all. The Rimmers were proud to finalise negotiations that saw Brar return to the club that drafted him, and where he thrived for many seasons.
"It feels good to be home, man" said Brar as he was swarmed by media at he Perth International Airport. "Coach told me id return straight back into my starting PG position, running a slightly different system but its all good".
And a new system it is. With new young faces at the club, Brar will need to adapt to their style and create plays for them. Phan has moved to the Center spot, and Castelli pushed to the PF position.
Sources say contracts have been flung to ex NT player Ryan Macmillan, but as of yet no official announcements have come from the clubs.
