Obviously you shouldn't force yourself to keep doing something if you're no longer extracting fun from it. With that being said, we are supposed to be getting a game engine upgrade and a new viewer to replace flash next season.
There's also a case to be made for not playing seriously, but still logging in to keep the team alive in case you get the itch to play again. That was more or less my mentality in seasons 39-43, with the training of Nayyar being the only thing keeping me active before Laga'aia came along.
