I think ang pwede ko suggest na maybe hindi pa nagagawa sa history ng Pinas is full cooperation with the Senior Coach, coach Jeorge is on his last season hindi ako sure kung tatakbo pa siya ulit or iba na hahawak ng Seniors. I think pag HOF or ATG ang potential ng isang trainee at 18 kailangan mas mabigat ang input ng Senior coach. Reason being, hanggang ngayon wala pa yata produkto na umabot sa 141 TSP+. So far may nakita na ako 152TSP na hOF foreigner, wala pang youth trainer nung araw so possible pa siguro na may makagawa ng 155 TSP.

Sa u21, napaka critical ang primary training versus a Senior player. The approach in training is quite different. Isa pang nakikita ko sa mga past u21 coaches ang all star potential hindi masyado pinapansin. Which is an oversight i think. All stars potential wont cap if balanced ang pag kagawa nito. Some can even be scorers na umaabot ng 100 tsp at age 21 but are only respectable defenders.

The current team looks good which is a testament to NDR na hindi niya p[inabayaan ang current batch. Anyway always happy to help in any way. Good luck in the election.

Yes boss obi, i am strongly considering stepping down after this season. Kaya lang ako napapaisip is because wala pa nag aapproach sakin about potentially taking over para mamentor / turnover ng mas maayos ung team. Anyways, that is a different topic. LOL!

The TSP analysis is on point, so far 141TSP ang highest na meron tayo. And that is a big improvement! Pero kaya pa natin ipush. Kung nasusundan nyo ang games natin sa NT we have slowly closed the gap vs the giants of Asia and the Worlds.

Some things that we can improve on? Maximizing the potential of players (add more secondaries) - napansin ko dahil mas mabilis nga ang training ngaun ang daming trainees ang nagcap agad at naglobohan salaries dahil sa primaries. Mas madali natin maminimize ung palipat lipat ng team ang player kapag mas budget friendly ang salary nila. Another thing we can probably start getting specific managers to train special builds - ex. ung player na pinakita ni boss obi dati, a bigman na may mataas na OD at Passing. This is where communication is key. First kailangan ng commitment from trainer and NT coach (the best kung mag-isang database tayo for U21 & NT). Tapos constant monitoring & updates. Props to some managers ng current NT players na nakipagtulungan talaga to build their players. Sa mga owners ni Tenmatay, Paspe & Peñasales, kaway kaway! Haha! And there are more younger trainees na nakikipag usap talaga ung mga managers on what is best for the NT team & their trainee.

I was playing around sa buzzer manager with player builds halos libre talaga ang passing except sa PG and SF. Surprisingly in sg's passing doesnt add any salary, check niyo din - inaantok na ako nun. Ang idea ko, ma maintain mo lang ang listed position ng player. The problem is listed positions change over time. Depende ata sa bagsak ng skills. Kaya i would rather go for existing player builds. Minsan isang pop can change the position and salary pag dating sa final weeks mo ng training. Ang alam ko dati if you play a player long enough in a specific position may possibility din mag change. Maybe we can ask the GM's for clarification what is the exact cause of position change.

halos libre talaga ang passing except sa PG and SF

Ganun din ang sa IS when it comes to some SG and PG builds. I checked the salary estimation sa Buzzer Manager and halos d gumalaw ang salary at cap sa potential even if I ramp up their IS to around 15 or 16. That's a good enough IS naman siguro para sa isang PG or SG.

Nice of you to share, glad you checked. We also need to make sure hindi magbago ang listed position to keep the salary as low as possible. Anyway baka ma off topic na tayo. We are in an election thread. Vets are more conscious of the salary implications of training.

I was hoping for a response sa u21 election thread pero wala pa so hopefully this is not a sign of the candidates communication skills. On paper, the salaries look good. There are 2 candidates who have registered so far I would like to hear ano plano nila kung sakali sila manalo.

In regards sa scenario na mag stepdown si Coach Jeorge next season as NT Pilipinas Headcoach may papalit na sa kanya na very close namin ni Coach NdR since natrain kami ng sabay ni Coach NdR how to handle the National Teams which is napakahirap na responsibility tlga. Currently Headcoach siya ng Costa Rica NT now but he wants to handle the Philippines National Team if he given a opportunity and he is no other than my co-assistant coach during the term of Coach NdR sa U21 Pilipinas and really a active and great coach and he is AdmiralJ of Team SAWFT and he is my former U21 Assistant Coach during season 40-41 so in terms of the communication line wala ng magiging problem in the future at the same time we will do by next season in case coach jeorge stepdown a centralized database of U21 NT and NT Seniors Pilipinas para mas mamonitor and maalagaan tlga ang mga Prospects ng Bansa natin at the same time we will help each other to best we can para mas mapalakas ang future ng National Team natin so thats the plan we want to happen.

Sa builds for our U21 and NT Seniors coach ndr already send me some patterns and builds that suited the new meta for our future national team and ako rin nakapag establish na rin ng mga builds na salary wise medyo low pero efficient and effective i try also sa buzzer-manager some builds and i must say may nagawa na ako na advisable for the new managers and veteran managers as well na gustong palakasin mga franchise player nila in the making. Pero as of now di pedeng iexpose ung mga builds so talk to me privately kung may gusto kayong malaman or gusto niyong magpaguide i am really approachable and same with AdmiralJ. Also i help ichigo to build his young beast na si Gil Ygnacio ang 20 years old beast center natin. Since nadraft si Ygnacio nakatutok na kami sa kanya ni Ichigo so interms of the quality and improving your young prospects matutulungan ko kayo. Not to mention na marami rami na rin akong napapunta na players sa NT Pilipinas before as of now si Anastacio Obligacion is one of the best example na bata palang age of 24 nasa NT Pilipinas na rin.

I would say marami akong baon na experience from my headcoaching sa EuroChampionships NT na madadala ko sa U21 Pilipinas at syempre my 6 seasons under mentorship with coach ndr how to handle the U21 Prospects and U21 NT and all the builds, unconvetional strategies, great approach to new managers and our community as well. Hopefully iboto nio ako para maipakita ko sa inyo na hindi lng ako nangangako for my own interest or own good because alam naman natin na kung sino ang papalit kay coach ndr dapat ready sa lahat ng pressure and stress since napakataas ng standards and high bars na na-set niya for this U21 Team. Hindi ko maisasakatuparan ang mga plano ko for the success of our U21 Team and NT Seniors kung hind nio ako iboboto syempre all im asking is give me the opportunity to prove that im deserving to continue or maybe surpass what coach NdR has done for our National Colors. It's time na homegrown coach naman ang magdala ng U21 Team natin sa Tagumpay at Asia Championships and hopefully sa World Cup as well.

My Main Plan for now kapag nanalo na ako is to communicate well sa mga managers na mapipiling players for our team this coming asia cup and also beat every opponent na makakalaban natin this season. Win the Gold and Bring our team to world cup that is what i want to achieve for this team kapag nanalo ako sa elections.
