Una sa lahat,

Maligayang Pasko sa inyong lahat!

Heto na nga, ano po ba ang masmagandang gamitin sa pag-train, One on One (para sa Jump Shot, Handling, at Driving) or Focus only one of them (i.e. Jump shot muna then Handling, then Driving or whichever first)?

Maraming Salamat!

As far as I know there is no specific training for a particular skill only. E.g. If you train JS for guards then a portion of that training also goes to Jump Range but to a lesser degree, if you train Inside Defense, then a lesser portion of that training goes to Shot Blocking, etc.

If what you mean is single position and double position training then it depends on how you want to shape you trainee. If your trainee has poor primaries but decent handling and driving then my opinion is it makes sense to train single position like Outside Defense, Jump Range or Passing for smaller players or Inside defense, Inside shot etc for your bigs. However, it also makes sense to create well-rounded players that can play multiple positions and dual position training with that.

Hope that helps. Happy Holidays!

Jump shot (PG/SG), (SG/SF): 0.5 JS, 0.1 JR, 0.05 Ha, 0.05 Dr. Sum 0.7
Jump shot (SF/PF): 0.4 JS, 0.2 IS, 0.05 JR. Sum: 0.65

1 on 1 (PG/SG): 0.5 Dr, 0.4 Ha, 0.4 JS. Sum: 1.3
1 on 1 (SF/PF): 0.5 Dr, 0.4 Ha, 0.2 JS, 0.2 IS. Sum: 1.3

Ball Handling (PG): 0.5 Ha, 0.4 Dr, 0.1 OD. Sum: 1

Ito ang breakdown niya for single position and double positon. Ilang taon na ba yung trainee mo? Depende yan sa skills ng player mo. Height is only a consideration if you are training handling (which hindi advisable at all) kasi halos pareho lang ang gain niya for 1 and 2 position.

I am training this guy, E.J. Ganacial (46505398).

Thanks.

Pressure (PG): 0.5 OD, 0.1 ID, 0.05 Ha, 0.05 Dr. Sum: 0.7

And OD is height dependent, 6'2 siya or 185cm so may bonus ka 25% compared to a 6'7 player training OD din (1.25 sa chart).

Height chart. Isipin mo ang normal is 1 or 100% of 90% kasi cross training is 10%.

5'9 ang height nung trainee a

Example natin yung player ni Apolaki (46505398).
