Glad to see some changes on the BB training system.
Just think that the % should be higher to have more effect on managers choices, and maybe rethink the free throw training (giving the possibility to focus on some players in particular than on others).
It's a long highway, solving some of the BB problems.
Next, and very important (not only in my opinion), should be the game shape training.
